Appealing deportations, oil fields challenged, reports, webinars and more!
This is the last bulletin of the year. It has been a challenging year, but we have also achieved many legal victories and challenges in this final Legally Green Bulletin. We wish you calm holidays and look forward to catching up with you in 2026!
The goal of this monthly bulletin is to gather some of the many court cases, calls for solidarity and resources, or trainings across Europe. Help us spread the word and ask your friends to sign up here.
NB: We know this is only a small selection, if you have any news, solidarity call out or resource you want us to include in the next bulletin – don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]

As there is no climate law, Czech citizens and civil society — based on the reasoning of the Court — have no legal avenue through which to secure protection of their rights. Read more
