Workshop (Second module) – Toxic behavior in activist spaces (Online)
Have you encountered “difficult” people in your activist spaces? Ever described their behavior as toxic? What does toxic behavior mean, and how can we address it? Did you miss the chance to take part in our training last autumn?
If these questions interest you, join the training on addressing toxic behavior in activist spaces. It’s hard to organise for a better world if our structures cause harm. Sign up for a valuable two-part training session on addressing toxic behavior in activist spaces. Both sessions are interactive, so we encourage you to join up with someone from your group to reflect on these important topics together.
April 2, 6-8 PM CET: In the first session, you’ll gain a basic understanding of toxic behavior and learn essential skills to address it.
April 16, 6-8 PM CET: This workshop will be followed by a second module diving deeper into group structures, decision making, and dynamics to prevent toxic behavior. It’s recommended to register as your group/organisation bringing 2-4 people to the workshop.
There’ll also be a short group homework assignment before the deep dive workshop, but don’t worry, it’ll be fun!
This is a great opportunity to create healthier, more effective activist spaces!
