National Climate March [NL]

Around the world – and close to home too – people are losing their homes, harvests, and lives due to floods, droughts, and fires. Those who contribute least to this climate crisis are most affected by it. All the while, a small group of major polluters continues to make enormous profits at our expense and the planet’s.

Yet, governments continue to spare the major polluters time and again, instead of protecting the people.

This must change, and it can change. But we must choose now.

That’s why we’ll be taking to the streets in The Hague en masse on October 26th, just before the parliamentary elections. We demand a good, livable future from the new government – for our children, for each other, for the planet we live on.
